Hair color
Bad experience, my girl came here and apparently she was very messy with her Dye and stained her dress then attempted to clean it and damaged it, then would not issue a refund or be of good customer service. She said she would give a refund and when my girl came back ti ask for it. When returned she said she would call the police and tried to say she is scamming her. I don’t recommend this lady and she is not professional or tidy.
Do not give Alma your business. Horrible service, even worse human being. She will butcher your hair and if you mention it will accuse you of trying to scam her and threaten to call the police.
Went here because another salon (pretty expensive) next to it was closed. Genuinely did not expect to get such a good haircut for such an affordable price.
If you're looking for a great kids cut, this is the place. I was so nervous about getting my son's hair cut for the first time at a salon and Alma did such a careful and lovely job. We'll be back!
