Dan is amazing! Great service and pricing. I've used several HVAC contractors and TIMC is by far the best and easiest to work with. Dan was able to quickly and economically diagnose and solve a highly technical issue with my equipment that included procuring difficult to get parts. I wish I could give more stars.
Having owned over 100 apartments I've had every possible scenario come up. Usually at the most inconvenient times. While it unfortunately took me a number of years before meeting Dan and TIMC, I now finally have only one call I need to make and able to rest assured it will be handled. Nevermind the untold 1000's Dan has saved me by not making unnecessary repairs unlike everyone else. If there is an inexpensive,quick, easy fix he will find it. These guys are great, and most importantly honest.
