I highly recommend Tim! He replaced the broken flush valve on our toilet and also did a few extras like tightening the floor bolts and neatly caulking around where the water line comes out of the wall. He also took the time to explain to us how the parts wear over time, how long the repair should last, and the signs of a failing part. We had expressed an interest in doing the repair ourselves in the future, and he took the time to explain each step of the repair and even wrote out instructions. I’ve used TimBur Plumbing multiple times now to fix severe plumbing issues at my aging townhome, most recently on 10 Feb 2025. He has been punctual and professional with each service call. He fixed issues well and walked me through afterwards to inspect the work. His pricing is very competitive. Will use again in the future for plumbing needs. Definitely recommend.
TimBur was respectful of our time and was responsive when we needed. Tim got in and got the job done even in 100+ degree weather.
