This RV repair shop is unethical. We dropped our RV off in July for repair. The communication was poor. Almost every time we called for an update, they either didn't know who we were or where our RV was in the shop. They sent our RV to another shop to quote without our knowledge, damaged our RV which is evidenced from pictures from our insurance adjuster and denied the damage.
