Timbrook Honda knew I wanted an NT1100 and they made that happen. The NT1100 is hard to get in the US right now. Justin Nichols was a great salesman and his final walkthrough knowledge was excellent. This is an electronic/computer heavy motorcycle and his instructions relieved my fears over the controls. Folks at Timbrook are always friendly. This was my 5th motorcycle in 4 years.

Just recently got my motorcycle liscence and privately bought a bike a bit big for me yet. Went in to check out the Honda Rebels. Was there for 20 minutes standing on front of and checking out the motorcycles, not one employee that worked there that saw me asked if I needed help or was interested in buying one. Poor customer service, wanted to buy local but guess that's not an option

Ryan exceeded all expectations regarding my purchase today 5/24/25. I spoke with him over the phone and had a few questions about the bike I wanted since I live 3 states away. He took the time to send me a video showing things I had asked for. I drove over 4 hours to purchase a bike from him and Timbrook Honda instead of other places much closer to home.
