I walked into the service department with no appointment because of a bad rattle in the front end of my 2024 Maverick. They were beyond helpful and pulled it in right away. I needed sway bar links. They had to order the part and fit me in two days later and had it fixed very quickly because we were leaving for vacation. I give them a 10.
Anyone buying a car from here should deal with Joe, he has always been my salesman, he walks you through all your options and tries to give you the best deals, I have bought several vehicles from here and have always been satisfied with the out come.

I’ve dealt with this location since I started driving in high school, and have never had a bad experience. As the staff have changed with retirements, etc, they’ve always maintained the same culture regardless, so you always know you’re walking into the same service and standards.
