Was traveling from SC and called to see if they could take me on a Friday afternoon as I was traveling through the area. Dan very professionally ask right questions to make sure parts would be available. Got there at 1 and Rick had 4 wheel brakes and rotors done in 2 hours and I was back on the road. Highly recommend Timbrook Ram. Very professional, excellent service and reasonably priced!

they had my car for 6-7 weeks and it still vibrating and my brakes aren't tight, I called no answer and left a message, no callback, and did 2 surveys and nothing, my car was brand before I had my accident and and now almost every turn feels like a tire is about to fall off, I even called Timbrook Nissan for help and they guy there said if we fix I would have to pay and my complaint isn't the first one he hear about 😞 prayerfully I don't end up stranded on the side of the road
