Buy a few vehicles from this place over the years and the guy that runs the service department gives you an attitude and treats you subhuman! To top it off I go get a NEW 100,000 dollar vehicle that now has less than 200 miles on it , they tell me the dash is saying my blinkers don’t work but they checked them and they do work , but didn’t fix the ISSUE just sent me out the door !! IF THIS ISNT THE DEFINITION OF TAIL LIGHT WARRANTY THEN WHAT IS ??? STAY AWAY unless you want a MISERABLE EXPERIENCE
Tree fell on my Larime and totaled it. With limited options and the worse time of year to buy a Truck I was able to find a deal that was hard to refuse. Derek was professional, quick, and awesome to work with. With all the issues that came with a totaled truck the sales associate and GM treated me wonderfully!! No complaints.
Took my truck there for some from end damage, had it for 9 months and a year later still having to replace parts they didnt fix that they shouldve.
Great place, great mud flaps, best flaps in town
This is my second time buying a vehicle from Timbrook and I am extremely pleased with the process. Adam, Avery and the entire staff were excellent to work with and very helpful. I received a heck of a deal with rebates and they even matched the trade in value of my previous truck compared to other dealerships. They even went beyond to help me with a spray in bedliner and other request. I would definitely recommend if you are in the market for a new vehicle. I love my 2026 Ram Rebel 1500. 🫡
