My truck is almost out of warranty, so I am VERY aware of anything that does not seem right. I took my truck in for service several times for a transmission issue which simulated the Exhaust Brake being on. After many conversations, the tech pointed out that the truck is "SMART". Even if not engaged, it will still slow itself down on steep grades. Hats off to Jeremiah and his team for going above and beyond to make sure my truck functions properly!!
