This was my first time in Charlottesville and I met up with a group of friends from all over Virginia. We took up 3 tables and had 3 very large and hairy dogs (Alaskan malamutes). The staff was so incredibly accommodating of our large group and the dogs and kept the drinks coming, water for dogs without asking and checked on us regularly. They were amazing! Food wasn't great. Gluten free menu was also disappointing. You can't claim something is GF and then tell a customer it's not actually GF when they order. Don't label something GF if it's not. I let the waitress know I needed GF before I ordered but apparently she wasn't listening so when I ordered something off the menu that they claimed was GF, she asked me what sides I wanted. Great Food and Service. Consistent, always. The Burgers are the BEST
My meal was fine, but my daughter's Santa Fe burger was undercooked. Didn't notice it until she had eaten most of it.
We had to find "someone" to sit the three of us down to our table plus another lady that was in front of us that wanted to be seated . Luke was a Great waiter and the food was excellent ... only problem we had was getting seated
Went to Timberwood yesterday to watch football, as usual it was difficulty to find a seat as numerous employees are taking up the seats...two seats were open but one of the girls had her purse on one of the open seats. When my wife asked if the seats were open one of the girls (employee) told my wife they were holding the seat. So my wife sat down at the one open seat while I stood for about 45 minutes watching football...finally the person showed up for whom the seat was being saved....another employee.
