Wonderful apartment complex. Staff is friendly, maintenance is swift and effective, and the apartments are well built and cosy. The location is hard to beat as well, right next to the Crossroads Mall off Westnedge. I’ve lived here for 1.5 years now and recommend this complex to people looking for a place in Portage to call home.
Good first apartment but man.. the mouse problem here is absolutely ridiculous we have had mice almost the entire time living here, the most the apartment will do is put up one trap but if you know anything about mice there’s almost always more than just one.. Ive personally bought traps and caught 3 myself. they never even checked for an opening but there’s one right next to the fridge. Maintenance is good here and is very fast for a lot of other things. New management has greatly improved the atmosphere and service provided. I changed my 2 star to 4 star. Been here a month. Let me just advise extreme caution when considering this place. Business practices HIGHLY suspect.
Terrible place to rent unless you can’t find anything else. I’ve been here a little over a month constant leaks(maintenance claim that fix, carpet not staying down at all.
