I have a few friends that stay at timberwood and they say it's an amazing place to stay.
Be VERY careful renting here. Management will charge you $150 if someone thinks you're smoking. No proof needed. Management will repeatedly contradict itself, then management will go back later and make changes to their future lease agreements, after being called out. I've already called out management for contradictory statements on the amount of pets allowed, and the usage of grills within the community. All future lease agreements now have a notation about the amount of pets allowed, because I threatened legal action. Man... read more
