I lived at 7 Timberwood Dr for about a year and a half (2025 - 2026) and highly recommend this apartment complex if you're moving to the Upper Valley. Deb and Alex in the property management office were also quick to respond to any question or concern I had and made the leasing process go by very smoothly (necessary for me, as I applied from out-of-state). Great maintenance service at Timberwood! Dawu and Josh were very friendly, efficient, and professional. They fixed my leaking sink and also checked and cleared other drains in my bathrooms. They even repaired a leaking showerhead. Really appreciate their help!
Timberwood Commons is a great place to live - super convenient location and updated apartments. I cant speak highly enough about the staff there - Debra in the leasing office has gone out of her way to assist us and was super helpful. Any problems that came up (there werent many) were addressed by staff quickly and resolved as soon as possible. Would recommend this apartment complex over any other in the area.
I lived in this complex for about a year and the staff there were very helpful whenever anything comes up! They always get back to me very quickly and everything is well managed. I highly recommend living here!
