Don't recommend this place at all!You will end up in a bad condition apartment most likely.Everytime I go to take out the trash there's always mattresses/couches and a carpet thrown out every couple of weeks covered with bugs.That's why "pest control"show up every two weeks to do basically nothing even when they ask about the condition and you tell them.Like they know there's problems in apartment complex and just "pretend"they're doing something about it just for show.Had these people get inside my place before and didn't e... read more
If I could give a no star I would but they give FALSE hope to people who struggled and had a hardship and make them pay $50 application. Then make them wait WEEKS for an answer just to tell you no and don’t even answer the office phone when you call is also roach infested. So repeat don’t trust anything they say.
I have lived here for a little over 2 years and I have had no issues. And when I do have any problems maintenance is there to fix whatever it is I need. They have a pretty nice pool that the guys work really hard to keep it clean and chemicals in it and everything.. I love living here!!! Anytime I have had to go talk to the manager she's been very friendly and has worked with me any way that she can!!
Love living here, complex is clean, maintenance men on top of issues and our neighbors are usually very nice and helpful. The manager Sonja does a great job of making sure we don't have the same kind of problems other complexes have. My mom has lived here for several years and she has always felt safe
Great people very respectful don't put up with drama anytime I needed something fixes they are there the very next day. If I ever have any problems it gets taking care of
