The team at Timbershade shutters, Jared, Damien and Michelle were all exceptional to deal with. Jared and Damien were both extremely professional and polite….2 delightful young men. Michele always kept us informed of dates and times of the visits.
Timbershades installed plantation shutters in our home 26 years ago and they still look as good as the day they were installed. Unfortunately four of the blades on one set of shutters were accidentally damaged. Damien went to great lengths to source replacement blades (no longer standard) and prepared them to match perfectly with the rest of the shutters, which did not need to be taken away for repair.
