They gave our high-risk tree a good "haircut" and it's now looking "cool". The team worked so well together, good paced, and pro- execution of the job. Excellent customer service and bonus knowledge sharing of care!!
Five star work. The equipment and expertise were impressive removing 8 trees and pruning 2 over two days. The crew of Travis the lead, Dan the climber, Sarah, Cayden and Daniel were first rate. Owen was a magician with the boom truck. The stump grinder had some issues. Jessemy the arborist estimator was accurate and spot on but slow to return calls although excellent communication with the office. Would recommend and use again.
I received excellent service. The workers, Travis, Dennis, Drew, Cayden, and Rowan got started right at 8 a.m. They worked well as a team and seemed to enjoy working together. I heard occasional laughter as they accomplished a big assignment on my trees. At the end, they cleaned up the debris thoroughly. Timberscapes has consistently done good, timely work for me and this time was no exception.
We had a great experience working with Timberscapes company. They were professional, efficient, and left everything clean and tidy after the job was done. The team was friendly and respectful. I highly recommend them and would definitely use their services again.
