RecommendedThe office staff is very friendly and prompt when something is needing to be repaired. The maintenance man are friendly and helpful and considerate when they're in my apartment.

RecommendedTimberlake village is one of the most quietest complexes that I’ve lived in. The grounds are always nicely landscaped. Parking is always easy. Within a few miles or even right down the street one can find food, gas, and bars. The trees provide shade which helps me with a low utility bill. And communication between the staff and residents is always friendly and professional.
In the three years that I called Timberlake Village “home”, I was always made to feel welcome and taken care of. The ladies in the office were absolutely wonderful and they’ll always feel like family to me. Leaving that community was a hard move, without a doubt. Highly recommended in my book!
