The only reason they got a "1" instead of a "0" is that the work they did complete was pretty good. The problem is the work they didn't complete. We have a tree in our front yard that needed to be cleaned out and have the canopy raised. They did an ok job raising the canopy, but completely neglected to remove dead limbs that broke off and got trapped in the tree in recent storms.
