I was hoping that I could leave less then a one star review, but it won’t let me so it gets more then it is worth. I moved down to Memphis not knowing where I was moving in to, or what it would cost me. First want to say if you move here document everything, from when you pay how you pay. As well as record the place before anything is placed in the apartment so they can’t make claims when you move out.
