After living here for 2 years my consensus is never live here and stay away from responsive asset management. The first year it was great! I didn’t have any issues and loved living in the woods. But everything changed the second year. My water has been foul and I mean FOUL for the last 6 months and it is my main motivator for moving out of this property. I’ve put probably over 10 work orders by this point in for the same thing and it never got fixed. The final response I got was “we clean the water on a schedule” basically j... read more
The property has such a quiet homey feel to it. I just love it. maintenance is quick, and you can really feel the difference in how much they care about residents.
