Gordy came to my moms home to do a roof inspection for possible hail damage. He also looked at other areas of the home that had water damage. He took the time to kindly explain things to us in honesty and gave us his many years of experience opinion and options. He did not try to push anything on us, very rare to find in the industry. I'd say this is a company to totally trust in that they do truly care and look out for a homeowners best interest.
I would highly recommend Timberline if you are looking for a new roof. Our representative was Joe Rainer. He made the process very easy. If we had questions he always got back to us right away. The workmanship is excellent. We got a new roof, chimney and some gutter repair. Joe is very conscientious and always available. Excellent costumer service. Timberline is definitely a class act.
After being recommended by my new insurance agent, Timberline folks replaced my roof in just one day, did a beautiful job , handled the red tape, and negotiated with the insurance adjuster. The after job cleanup was perfect and the neighbors like the classy new roof. Timberline is a sure enough 5 Star operation!
