I found my cozy, safe and beautiful apartment on line, it has been the best choice for me. I feel hidden away, but so close to all the actions in Flag. I am so happy here, the staff is amazing!
Timberline Place is by far one of the best apartment communities in Flagstaff if you’re looking for a place that truly feels like home. The community is beautiful, well maintained, and has just about every amenity you could ask for. The staff is amazing, friendly, and genuinely makes the community feel welcoming. A... read more

This is our second year at Timberline and it is by far my favorite apartment complex we’ve lived in in Flagstaff! The amenities are great, it’s not too far from campus if you’re a student, the staff are all very friendly, and the apartments are all very nice!! I highly recommend Timberline!
I absolutely loved living here! Management is so nice and responsive. They were very helpful whenever I needed something. And maintenance (Johnny) is freaking AWESOME. He is always super quick to get to my work orders. It was usually the next day at the latest. And he worked efficiently and did the work right. I especially appreciated him! The neighborhood is quiet and has a blend of all kinds of people. The amenities are TOP TIER. A great gym, sauna, indoor basketball court, pool and hot tub! The mailroom is organized and... read more
