Physical therapy at its best! I arrived at Zane's office with incredible back and leg pains. Zane worked closely with me for over three months, switching to different techniques as my situation improved, including equipment for back treatments that I had never seen before at another Physical Therapy site I had been to. Chronic Migraines? Look no further. I have chronic migraines. They're under control now, but until I met with Zane and his amazing staff they were rampant to the point of where I was missing 2-3 days of work on average every pay period sleeping off migraines. Often times I barely made it home. Doesn't look good to the employer. I'm talking the worst. I was nervous to start PT after an auto accident, and didn't know what to expect. What I found was this incredible staff who are invested in your health and recovery, and the longevity of your health after you leave. I went to physical therapy with another therapy office after having back surgery and while they were good the only thing they worked on was just the healing of my back where I had surgery, I still had problems about a year after surgery and my doctor sent me to Timberline and my therapist not only worked with me on my back but worked with me on overall therapy, this is what I needed since I knew some of my weak areas but no idea how to strengthen the area safely, my therapist showed me how! My daughter needed physical therapy for a recurring ankle sprain and Timberline came highly recommended by her orthopedic doctor. We live in North Portland but would make the trek 2-3 times a week for therapy. They really focused on her ability to play sports again. The staff is friendly and accommodating. My only wish is that I knew about Timberline after my auto accident.
Came in with a severe and chronic neck issue. Pain was an 8. Left with a pain level of 2! Thank you Timberline!
I love this place. I miss them, they helped me get back to racquetball.
