IThey are a company with no moral value, I recently had them install windows. The windows were a 1/2 inch smaller than my old windows and when we tried to put the blinds up they would not fit. I tried to get this resolved and the company refused to take care of the, when the measurements were do I was promised by the gentleman doing them that he would make sure they were right, because I did not get it in writing they told me to bad, of course the gentleman who measured them no longer works for the company. Our window installation was a professional installation, including applying flashing, per industry standards and per window manufacturer requirements to uphold the warranty. This information was provided to the customer through a manufacturer published document outlining installation process, pictures from the installation, and in person during the installation.
