We have called Timberline to our residence for an AC install and once again years later for a leaking AC unit. Both times we had issues with the techs not wanting to do the job and just half a**ing their way through it. The last job we had a tech out to repair a leaking coil box, he looked at the unit for 3 min put a level on it and told me it was leaking because it was out of level.
