Wayne was great to deal with he's on top of it and replys back fast and fixes issues. l had hell with the finance company several times but was able to get that situated. Now the trailer shown was perfect and the trailer I got has many issues not too impressed with that. they are fixing it before I move in and will update this after that experience. Going on 7 months of ownership with no repairs and not being able to move in.

Mr Wayne at Timberline Homes of Lake Charles went above and beyond to help me and my husband to get us our new doublewide home. Anytime we had any questions or concerns about anything with our home he was on top of it getting it done as fast as he could. If anyone is in a need of a new home contact Mr Wayne he will get you what you are looking for. Thank you for everything you have done for us and still doing for us
I was a bit apprehensive at first but Wayne Ownes and Steve Smith helped me through the process and I was able to get a very nice home at a reasonable price. Good folks at this location! The service after the sale has been tremendous from the staff and the contractors. Everyone goes out of their way to help you get what you need. A site built home may have advantages over a manufactured home but I have never heard anyone have glowing reviews about their contractors like you will see about Timberline.
