Sales staff was nice and they helped our family finish the purchase quickly as the home was needed immediately. The mobile home was delivered according to the time promised. However, that's where the service ended. The home has been sitting on our pad a month awaiting Timberline's contractors to finish set up while our family of six has their belongings in storage and is having to stay with relatives. The people at Timberline are a nightmare to deal with, as are their contractors. It takes FOREVER to get your home set up (properly-ish). But the real problem is Southern, who does the manufacturing of the homes Timberline sells. The workmanship is AWFUL and guess what, all that becomes your problem with the manufacturer, not the problem of the people who took your money. According to them they are 'only the dealer'. I bought a home from & Katelyn Phillips and work with Lindy this was the worst experience of home buying that we went through. I was lied to about the install what they do and what I am or suppose to do. Just make sure you get everything in writing., The whole process was bad from start to finish. One will tell you they do this on the install and the installers do the op . after the install they threw trash in the woods all around the house.
