I bought a home from & Katelyn Phillips and work with Lindy this was the worst experience of home buying that we went through. I was lied to about the install what they do and what I am or suppose to do. Just make sure you get everything in writing., The whole process was bad from start to finish. One will tell you they do this on the install and the installers do the op . after the install they threw trash in the woods all around the house. Had to call finance department they were sitting on my money and i paid 10,000... read more
