I was told we would be able to order our trailer and it would be a new 2025 trailer. After trailer showed up it turned out to be a lot trailer for show and a 2024. I told the sell person I didn't want a lot trailer was told that it wouldn't be only to be stuck with what I didn't want. Very unhappy.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Horrific communication and I'll probably never get my house delivered. STAY AWAY
We didn't get to look at the houses we were interested in because the salesman we were put with was rude. He did not introduce himself. He immediately assumed because of the price range we gave, that we wouldn't be able to afford anything on the lot and continued to spout off about how we needed to pay more.
I have all praises for Keith on how he serviced us. From the very beginning he showed us what he had and what was coming in, including a repo. We are living in Illinois and were visiting Alabama where we have land for this vacation home. We were leaving the next day. He remained in contact with us sending us pictures and prices.
