Are we the only ones that can't get things fixed now that the brand new home was delivered and papers signed? Ww moved in at first of October and text that we're not stop now goes unanswered. Still waiting on the front door fixed since October and 2 work orders that was set up since one on 2/5 & one on 2/16 with no update. Service was great to the papers were signed

BEWARE! Salesman was wonderful, until closing paperwork was signed, & then it all went downhill! They don't like to take responsibility for anything and good luck getting any repairs done in a timely manner. Made 4-5 payments on our house before we finally just gave up & moved in. Spent almost a year going back and forth with them & ended up having to hire a lawyer just to get them to finally do their job.
