Great place to live its quiet and neighbors are helpful and nice very welcoming environment. Kyla in the office is simply amazing as well along with Everett! Unfortunately the water here is an ongoing issue and due to that my review will be lowered. It's very annoying to have issues with water and lose it every other week. People have to work and go to school from here and we pay enough to have water when we need it and the lot rent raises every year and the water keeps getting worse and worse.

We just moved in. We really like it here. Kyla was a great lady to work with to get myself and my boyfriend in. They accept pets and I needed a place that does. Thank you Kyla N. Jay and I appreciate your help and support.
Was delivering groceries! Pretty decent mobile park! Not sure on pricing but they usually have empty lots
