some girl named Ashley is scamming people. she had us move a $200 job out of supposedly 282 Blue Oak Dr , seems to be on the corner of Blue Oak and Grey Oak and then threatened to call the cops saying we stole her stuff and never came to pay us.

Way to priced! They do not keep up with repairs! They don’t up date the lots! Like cover up tree roots! Money hungry mongers! If they don’t do repairs why would I purchase the trailer?? Hannah and Richelle need to get out of the office and look at the community and fix it!
I wouldn't suggest this place to anyone I just got socked with court cost and late fees for paying my rent.yes paying my rent this has been the worst place I have ever lived.
Need to get something done with my house. Getting sick and cant get it fixed or my ducts cleaned and I have cats living in then that's making me sick. They are doing there best to get them out but I feel I should be occomidat so I don't have to suffer till the snow melts and they get the cats......
