My apartment building has been under construction for the past year, using timberline. They regularly work illegal hours, starting at 6am during the week and even on Saturdays when the legal start time is 9am. The team couldn't care less that they're regularly waking up tenants. Also, they're going on 6 months late finishing up an 8 month project.
