After the purchase of our vehicle in which we initially gave them a good review, they promised that they would "take care of us" when we bought a certified used car from them. So, just to be clear, our vehicle had 12,000 miles original warranty plus the certified used car warranty on it when we bought it. We paid through the nose for that certified warranty. Waited 6 weeks to get my F150 in. Not great Wasted 3 weeks waiting to get my mustang in. Timberline could not put it on a lift>????? Mc Kane's Garage did the job in 16 minutes... on a lift. Dealerships are less competent and over charge more than good local garages.
