Had to change my review. Screw this place. No one does anything about the tweakers stealing from apartments. I went and tried to clean. My door was kicked in and someone had made a connection to another apartment through my basement. I have reported this and nothing. This place has gone to hell. And I would have been there for 8 years. But with relocation came up short. If they would actually do their jobs and NOT have gotten rid of the past management before this current it would be better. It used to be nice out here. It's getting there since new management so there's hope. Maybe this time of there's a complaint something will get done about it. Had my electric stolen and nothing got done about it even with proof. Last management didn't do anything even lied to evergy when they were tampering with the box.
They secretly charge you rent for however long they feel even when your lease says that you agree to pay $0, they do not care at all of you're a single parent with a child(ren) under the age of 18 and they will find any means they can even if it is made up to evict you and if you don't comply cause you know they're in the wrong and ILLEGALLY trying to get you out, they will take you to court to get you out and like I've said, they do not care if you're a single parent of a baby. I don't live there, but I have seen enough of unjust dealings from HUD to tenants who try to make ends meet. Evicting single parents because they can't gouge a huge amount of money out if them. It needs to stop.
