Wonderful company, great customer service! Highly recommend for your wood finishing needs. My husband and I have a small furniture refinishing shop and have been contemplating the surfprep sander for close to a year. I have injuries that make doing prep work like sanding difficult with a less expensive sander. The weight and vibration are usually too much for me. Outstanding customer service! I came to their facility a couple of days ago to buy a surfprep sander and some abrasives. I also had an entire page of questions regarding their recommended processes for refinishing/learning their coatings. They had one person out of office so everyone had to do extra work, yet Harvey spent hours with me and was not impatient with me at all. As a professional cabinet refinisher I am extremely pleased with the products we have ordered from Timberlane. Finish is a nice hard quality topcoat. Dry time is great for production and it's easy to sand runs/drips/sags down. We've used spray application and brush and roll. Both incredible finishes. Customer service is always on point. Shipping is fast and reliable (this was my biggest fear).
