Update on this freaking apartments a friend of mine live there and boy oh boy. Do not let the fresh paint clean rugs full you. Is all a cover up. Been there for over 6 years. Still no fixing nothing floors re getting louder, walls feel like they getting thinner. You can hear everybody's conversations. Stink bugs not to mention I stept on a slug in the kitchen. How????? Idk. Bathrooms floors are loud bedrooms floor loud living room floor loud. Parking in front of your own parking space is a matter of who takes it first. They ... read more
Straight up ILLEGAL practices here. The poor pest control, constant noise pollution, and kids throwing their garbage right in front of the entrances, that’s just what’s at the surface. It gets ILLEGAL After a year of residence, your lease will not be renewed, they will take the original lease you signed and change the dates and values of rent. They don’t even tell you about it. come to think about it, if you’re a competent lawyer , this place is an extremely easy target. Management will text you when they’re bored to harass ... read more
