This place sucks. Very rude neighbors and management takes their time. I have only had maybe 2 weeks without drama and a grown ass man lives above me that won't stop stomping. This place sucks the walls and floors are paper thin. Kids popping fireworks anywhere from 1am to 5am, the same kids knocking on peoples doors and running.people running into the entrance gate. The previous reviews of the apartments being old and dated, full of German Roaches, no insulation between units, (don't live on the first floor - you will hear every door and drawer close, walking sounds like stomping, and appliance running). unprofessional management team who will take any complaints in lack of service requests solving the problem as personal attacks are true.. As a 78-year-old widow residing at McDermott Place in Plano, I have been counting the days - now two weeks and one day - since I reported a maintenance issue in my 1-bedroom, 1-bath apartment. Despite paying nearly $1600 in rent, I find it utterly appalling that the management has failed to address essential maintenance concerns promptly. Even the simplest repair, such as fixing a bulb, is disregarded and left unattended for an unacceptable amount of time. I strongly advise against moving to Mcdermott Apartments unless you're a handyman yourself or have one readily available. The maintenance service here is incredibly slow and unresponsive. For instance, I've been waiting for two weeks now for a simple request to replace a flickering bulb in the kitchen. It's practically impossible to cook with such poor lighting, and despite multiple requests, the management has yet to address the issue. It feels like we have to beg them to even consider fixing anything, and when they finall... read more

I've been living here for 4 years and have only good things to say about living at Magnolia Ranch Apartments in McKinney, Texas! Karen the Property Manager is a sweet lady and very easy to work with. The leasing team is very helpful and Maintenace staff does a great job of maintaining the property! Hope you enjoy living here as much I do. Thanks - Chris S.
What a great property! I stopped in the leasing office on this rainy day and the leasing agent was extremely helpful and welcoming. She was the most professional leasing agent I have ever dealt with, and I have worked with a lot. She thoroughly explained all the options and amenities and took me on a delightful, informative tour of the apartment and building. The Haven seems to attract very nice residents. I am looking forward to a return visit.
The staff at this place trespassed three females visiting a loved one who lives at the complex. Their parking lot is currently being painted by sections. As you can see in the pictures cars are lined up, parked where their owners can find. One of the three females had their car parked in line just like the picture below. During my nearly three-year stay at Mizner Court, I found the community itself to be quite lovely. I never had a single complaint and on-time rent payment record. However, I did have some less-than-pleasant experiences with the property management, particularly with Lincoln Management. I want to emphasize that I wasn't alone in encountering these issues; several other residents have also had similar concerns.
