Garrett, went above and beyond to find a part for our refrigerator. Nobody could find one, but Garrett found one in Kansas. Garrett got me right in as soon as we arrived. Refrigerator works great now. He saved our vacation as we were 4 days into an eight week vacation when this happened.
Best business transaction ever! Met Tom and Lane on a Friday and drove away with our new camper Saturday! Very knowledgeable and efficient guys! Thank you for everything! We will always send people your direction!!!!
Exceptional service from start to finish. When I inquired on-line for a purchase and trade-in of my old camper, they were quick to answer my questions and provide feedback. The process was professional and expedient. I would highly recommend PleasureLand RV of Bemidji for your next purchase.
They were very helpful with the unit we were looking at and bought! No BS, straight forward, didn't try to talk us in a different direction from the way we were going. We had been looking for a couple of months and right when we pulled in my wife seen the unit and said that's ours! Thank you Lane and Tom for getting everything taken care so swiftly for us!
Friendly service. Was looking for RV light but did not have. Did make suggestions for local places that might have in stock.
