Caught a big catfish on a place they have for sale.
Dave Anderson was excellent to work with as was the rest of Timberland Reality. Anything I asked was answered timely. Great experience!
The worst experience buying anything I have ever experienced. Not responsive at all. Delays deals unless you are a client of his. Extremely unreasonable with demands, but wants everything from you immediately. A very stressful process.
