My experience with Timberland Realty started out well but ended up with a very disappointing result. I hired Brian from Timberland to be my broker for 76 acres of hunting land in Franklinville, NY. He seemed to be a knowledgeable guy and came up with a recommended selling price which I agreed to given his expertise. We got an offer within one day of posting the property on-line.
