Landlord is nice when you first meet them. After that, they don't respond to e-mails or phone calls about issues. Before signing a lease walk down the halls and ask the other tenants how they feel about Timberland. There is a reason nobody stays here long. Gave an extra star because the maintenance guys are really friendly and helpful.
Trying to find a business in this area was an absolute nightmare. There are probably close to 40 signs displaying Timberland North. none of which actually indicate which businesses reside there. Four buildings all with the same address and building number on them. Way too much focus on brand of property instead of helping the businesses get their business noticed.
