Great place to buy a new truck.Dealers were friendly and informed
Getting an appointment was easy and quick.Drove 2.5hours to Timmins and truck taken in promptly. After 3 hours was told problem couldn't be found. Next day...same issue. Promptly and polite service though...
During my recent service visit, the dealership performed diagnostics that I had already completed. Despite informing them that the issue was likely a head gasket problem, they recommended a new engine. The specific repair I requested, which was to replace the head gasket, was not addressed. I went there to trade in my truck, but the sales team showed no effort in getting back to me. When I called, they just told me to call back the next day. I was trying to buy a vehicle from them, yet they didn’t seem interested in selling at all. The service was terrible even before making a purchase — I can’t imagine how bad it would’ve been if I had actually bought the truck from them.
