Very terrible service they don’t seem to want to fix my truck they just want to make it “drivable”. No one likes to answer the phone in the service department. If you need service I recommend calling parts and ask them to go see if your vehicle is ready because service won’t answer. They will also not call you to let you know your vehicle will not be ready the day of service.
Had an issue with my company truck. I was in Timmins so decided to drive and ask for service. Staff was alert and help me immediately. The issue turn out to be a recall. They took the truck right away and fix the issue and I was back on the road.
Easy scheduling, parts were on time and service was super fast! Very friendly and fair pricing.
Easiest buying experience ever. Highly recommended place to buy a ford.
