I'm sure that all of the 5 star reviews were for Ernada and not Mariam. So I am a new and first time renter for apartments, and Ernada was very much a delight from the tour and here demeanor. On my move-in day I was about to get all my stuff in my unit when I saw that it was being fixed and stuff, but thanks to Ernadas quick action and complete understanding of my situation, she was able to get me a unit that was already completed.
