You’re guys website sucks
This Timberland store is well-organized, and I’ve visited a few times. The staff is friendly and helpful, making the shopping experience smooth. I like their boots—they’re great for a casual look, warm, and reasonably priced, especially when on sale. I highly recommend this store!

Victor and Hallie, provided us with 5 star customer service, we drove far to get some boots that we could not order online they saved them for us, and were extremely patient and friendly, which goes along way with holiday shopping!
purchased boots online, ordered wrong size. returning them to the store in person for the right size was easy and quick very helpful staff made the return easy.
