Run faster than you've ever run before! I think the other reviews are written by the management. This place is horrible. There's always trash outside on the ground, and the whole complex looks run down. It's the GHETTO! There's bugs, bugs everywhere! Everything leaks. They don't care. There's always a drug deal going down somewhere!
Long-time Timberland residents planning to stay indefinitely. We have lived at Timberland for 5 years and have no intention of moving. We love the peaceful, quiet, wooded, park-like setting located close to everything south Savannah offers. Management and maintenance are wonderful, friendly and always there for us. I'd live there again... I only lived at Timberland for 2 months, (new job took me to SC) but my experience there was great...Mg-mt came if I reported a problem....(which was a total of TWICE)... Staff is very friendly, Especially Ms. J.L. (Thank You for everything)They will work with you if need be as was the case with me...and I appreciated it very much..... I worked nights and never felt UNsafe entering or leaving my building at night, and I am a single female.. I had no major issues with the apt per say, and the location ... read more
In the center of everything Timberland is in the center of it all. 2 Malls, food, and close to the Army base. Apts are nice and cheap but the roach problem was very bad and parking lot wasnt too safe at night time. Not to mention when the electric goes out, there is no back up in the hallways of the buildings so if you get stuck on the stairs when the electric goes out, you can fall and hurt your ankle BAD as I did. I wouldnt live there again, but i survived.
cute apartments Timberland Aparments have some cute studio and 1 bedroom apartments. They are not too high priced and have good 6 months or 12 month leases. They are between the two malls so they are in a great location.
