Completely miserable lease term I’ve regretted signing this lease since the first month. Brought my family into the scummiest nastiest apartments in Atascocita. The entire place is disgusting roach infested. The ac has went out twice since I’ve lived here and I’ve had to rent a hotel because it took them 5 days to come fix it. These apartments are best for drug dealers and bachelors if you have a family or enjoy a clean or safe home I highly recommend you avoid this place.
Husbands truck was stolen! Don’t move here. No cameras.
Let’s just say you get what you pay for. 1200 for two bedroom nice size apartment with updated appliances is great in 2022 but there are no screens on the windows which means never never mold. I’m recently dealing with big flying roaches hopefully pest control can fix it There has been many auto break in’s that no one has done anything about. No security no cameras no nothing. Don’t waste your time to look here they will tell you that it’s one price one day and when you bring the application back the very next day they will try to up the price they show apartment and they say that they have apartments available for certain prices and when you’re ready to move in with money they change the prices with the excuse of their prices are subject to change they say they do not honor any specials on apartment finder or apartments.com so if you found them from those two websites whatever that price was on t... read more
