My mom was here for a couple of months. Her care was so-so. Food was terrible. She passed away 1-13-15 we went on 1-15-15 to get her belongings only to find out they threw her purse away. When we ask why? Was told well.......there wasn't anything in it. My family feels that our rights were violated. Who gave them the right to look in the purse or make decisionto "throw it away" also took them a long time to produce her coat. We are checking into legal advice. Feeling violated!!
Our dad has been there for over 7 months. Anytime we have encountered a problem, just a phone call solves it for us. He is taken excellent care of. There are always a variety of activities for him to choose from. Also, the staff and nurses are all very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend it if you need a full-time facility or rehab.
