Timberlake RV gave us upfront pricing, no pressure, and the lowest price for our RV. Mike made us the best deal we could find and worth the 3.5 hour drive to pick up our RV. Mike did the full walk through to make sure we knew everything about the RV. We were in and out of there quickly, not feeling rushed just excited to enjoy our new RV.
We drove 6 hours from upstate New York, passing a hundred other RV dealerships, because of the outstanding price, service and communication skills of the staff at Timberlake. Prior to picking up our Winnebago I called Mike on a Saturday night to leave a message to call me back on Monday. He answered the phone and politely answered all my questions while sitting in a restaurant with his family. I started a search for a new camper about 2 months ago. Every time I found what I was looking for, it was already sold. I put a deposit on an order that what expected in Aug/Sept. Last week Mike called to inform me he got the exact trailer I was looking for early. I just picked up my trailer yesterday and was so impressed with the customer service.
