I had no problems with these folks. The backlog was very high when I took my push mower in and was told it was likely to be 3 weeks. They called me a week later to say it was ready. the charges were reasonable. It started on the first try. My mower had no major problems so I cannot comment on what they may do with a job that does. and I noticed that when I took it in there were no people working on any mowers in the shop, mid afternoon. But they got mine done quickly.
I called on Monday (10/3) & was ensured my rider would be repaired by Fri/Sat. So I found a truck and had it dropped off on Tuesday (10/4). Called again on Friday 10/7 to confirm pick up. It had not been touched & was 4th in line. Called again on Tues 10/11 and it still has not been touched, 3rd in line. No one worked on the mowers for 2.5 business days, they say they only repair 2-4 per day. The receptionist started yelling at me over the phone.
