On December 1, 2022, Timberlake Homes, BT representative (BJ) came to my new house to fix my leaking basement that I had called to complained about a day before (November 30, 2022). BJ came with an industrial fan, tore up my ceiling (drywall), and carpet. and then the plumber that was Timberlake subcontractor arrived 15 minutes after. We bought a home back in 2009. First, the carpets were installed before the A/c was turned on which resulted in the carpets developing mold along the walls. The construction super washed the carpets along the walls,.and bleached them! Instead of replacing the carpets, he trimmed them! So the carpets were never quite right. Buyer Beware!!! Constant confusion from the first week of signing the contract. Felt like a bait and switch. The final straw was when we called and emailed inquiring about our pre drywall inspection. We were assured by the sales rep, Jhia that it would be Schedule only to find out that the drywall was installed before giving us the option to have our own inspection done.
