There aren't enough words to explain the anguish that this supposedly professional has caused me. I had appointment with him yesterday to re-cement a crown he had done for me in 2020. I was sitting in the chair when he entered the room with a somewhat down attitude, and he ask how I was doing? I replied fine and ask how he was doing and shrugged and said not so well. Dear Glen, Thank your for your review. As for the crown that you stated that I did back in 2020, it was not one of ours. The crowns that I did were on teeth #22, #24, #25 and #27 and they were All Porcelain crowns with on metal. The crown you came in with was for tooth #23 and it was a Porcelain Fused to Metal Crown. As for your statement that we improperly filed your claim, our Insurance Coordinator has 11 documented interactions with your Insurance Carrier trying to resolve this. I do not understand that if we were so unpl... read more
