I love it here... I've read some of the comments and I'm surprised as my unit is clean nice rugs. Super cold ac and no bugs of any kind fora very reasonable price compared to surrounding areas. The wild life is amazing as my bedroom faces the water. Very pleased

WORST APARTMENT COMPLEX THIS IS THE WORST APARTMENT COMPLEX I HAVE LIVED IN!!! between the noise, the unkept properties, the horrible mold problem that EVERYONE will notice after moving in. i have lived here for 2 years and can i say it has definitely went down the drain since i have been here. pool on opposite side of the office is never cleaned , today i went and its green and has 4 ducks in along with the hot tub not working. potholes everywhere that are never taken care of. management has changed numerous times since fir... read more
Horrible From the management to the quality of the apartments things are just NOT good. There are lots of bugs. Roaches all over the place. EVERY person I have talked to in this community has problems with the AC units. Poor insulation and poor units. It runs constantly all day long.. waste of money. The office management is not helpful or kind, they will do anything to make more money from you. The one upside is that the maintenance team is pretty efficient. They come quickly to fix things. Old dirty complex. Maintenance isn't great either. And definitely overpriced.
Their website needs better management, roaches/flies problem, my a/c went out and i was not able to call anyone, so im just paying $1000+ per month to sweat in a 90 degree apartment... cant wait till my lease is up.
Maintenance needs are slow and they don't care. My girlfriends a/c has been broken all morning no response from emergency hotline and someone was suppose to be right over 2 hours ago. Would never recommend to anyone.
