Listen take your money and spend it somewhere where it will matters Trust, first and foremost it’s very quiet area that’s the only good thing! AC always broke you will go days in the heat ! They only have 1 maintenance person who takes his time to fix anything you get one free parking but the neighbors park anywhere and they guest the pool I can’t tell you the last time it was clean I wouldn’t dare even get in it machines are broken down. THIS PLACE SUCKS. Maintenance never fixes anything. we moved in and our freaking walls weren't even painted they did a patch paint job that looks like crap. Our AC is always freezing up we go days without air and nobody ever comes til after you call 1000 times and get irate. The swimming pools are always closed. Neighbors park anywhere they feel and block you in half the time. DO NOT RENT AT THIS PLACE
